Orders of $49 or more ship free with 1-2 day delivery to the contiguous United States. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $4.95. There is no membership fee and no minimum to sign up.

- Same day — $14.95 in select metro areas, order by 11:00 AM local time

When will my order arrive?
Most orders leave our fulfillment center within a few hours of being placed. You will get a tracking email as soon as it ships, and you can follow the package from Your Account at any time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on your ZIP code and the shipping speed you pick.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time. Some items — including prescription medication, live fish and heavy furniture — have special handling rules and may take an extra business day.
Heavy & oversized items
Crates, kennels, cat trees and large aquariums ship via freight or oversized ground. A surcharge may apply and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please inspect these items on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Missed or delayed deliveries
If a package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, or it is past the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we will make it right — replacement or refund.
