1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, placing an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to create an account and place an order. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or violation of these terms.
3. Orders, pricing and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, promotions and shipping terms are subject to change without notice. If we discover a pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you with the corrected information and you may cancel for a full refund. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
4. Autoship
Autoship orders repeat on the schedule you choose and are charged automatically on each ship date. You can change the frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel at any time from Your Account, with no cancellation fee. The Autoship discount applies only while the subscription is active.
5. Prescription products
Prescription and veterinary products are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and require a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian. By ordering, you confirm the prescription is current and that the medication is for the animal named on it.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, logos and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without written permission.
8. Reviews and user content
When you post a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our products and marketing. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that contains someone else’s personal information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of any product.
