Information we collect

- Verify and dispense prescriptions through our licensed pharmacy

What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share prescription or pet health information with advertisers, and we never store your full card number — payment details are handled and encrypted by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, remember your preferences and measure how the site performs. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features — including checkout — will not work without them.
Sharing with service providers
We share information only with vendors who need it to run the business on our behalf: payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, analytics and fraud prevention. They are contractually required to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes.
Data retention and security
We keep order and account records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal obligations, and prescription records for the period required by pharmacy law. We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, restricted employee access and regular security reviews.

Children’s privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
